Roe Valley Integrated Primary School celebrates Integrated Education Week
27/03/2009
Roe Valley Integrated Primary School staged a variety of fun activities earlier this month to celebrate Integrated Education Week.
Pupils enjoyed tasting world foods, making friends with children from other schools and working on art projects, among other things, during the seven day NICIE event.
The school, in Limavady, also took time to celebrate World Book Day on Thursday 6th March, getting both students and staff to take a break from the usual lessons and dress-up in fantasy costumes.
This year, the theme of Integrated Education Week, adopted by schools across Northern Ireland, was “It’s a Small World”.
