Lucid Talk poll finds overwhelming support for Integrated Education

An overwhelming 71% percent of NI people questioned in a new survey by LucidTalk believe Integrated Education, which sees children of different faiths, backgrounds and cultures educated together, should be our main model of education. This is an increase of 5% since the last LucidTalk poll conducted in 2013 (66%).

The Council for Integrated Education is funded by DE to help parents and schools make that happen.

Children and young people get few opportunities to mix and make friends across our divided community by being educated all day, every day, together in schools that celebrate our similarities more than our differences. IE provides opportunities to connect and create relationships, the experience of which, lasts forever.
